Death is Irrelevant – Opening Day Celebration

Join us for the public opening of the exhibition Death is Irrelevant. Also on view in the Mezzanine Gallery is the accompanying exhibition, Death is Black and White.

Members receive free admission and are invited to attend an exclusive cocktail hour in our upstairs member's lounge from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Treat yourself to drinks and light refreshments alongside other Hudson Valley MOCA members.

Concert Schedule:
3:00-4:00 PM David Rothenberg, solo clarinet performance

4:00-5:00 PM World Premiere: David Rothenberg’s No One Knows Why Whales Sing, a performance of accordion, cello, guitar, voice, and live-coded computer graphics

5:00-7:00 PM Shawn Lawson and the Progression Ensemble perform new works
