Artist and art historian Marcy B. Freedman returns to Hudson Valley MOCA to present three new lectures that focus on the ways in which art confronts human behavior.
This lecture will highlight the varied approaches that have been used to explore the nature of war, racism, and gender inequality. Among the artists to be discussed are Goya, Nancy Spero, David Hammons, and the Guerrilla Girls.
