A message from the Instructor:

My name is Chris Fox. I invent and build stuff, and I'm a sort of peripatetic clandestine art installer/carpenter/adventurer/tai chi devotee. A small and incomplete sampling of my work can be seen at my neglected website.

In 2010, I left architecture and began studying tai chi with ‘master’ Tina Zhang at the NYC Chinatown YMCA. I haven’t stopped because tai chi is wonderful!

I was flattered when Hudson Valley MOCA asked me if I would be open to teaching tai chi in the galleries. I asked my 'master' and she gave me very enthusiastic encouragement. She told me I had to do it.

I hope you’ll join me. May the 4th be with you.

Chris Fox
